The website motte-avocat.eu collects the following mandatory information about you when filling the form on the contact page: name / first name or company, email address, as well as the telephone number (not mandatory).

Personal data are kept in a register held by Violaine Motte who is in charge of it. In the event of a request for a quote or an appointment, these data are kept for a maximum period of 4 weeks after sending the quote and/or after the appointment upon which the considered person does not act. In all other cases, they will be kept for a period of 5 years starting from the last legal or judicial act carried out by Violaine Motte.
